Job Description

• Overall managerial and professional responsibility for the Injection and molding department.
• Direct management of a number of team managers and responsibility for the optimal functioning of the department’s employees and the means of production while striving to improve and implement the work plan.
• Responsibility for all relevant operational indicators, norms of behavior, discipline, adherence to budgets, and more.

Job Requirements

• Mechanical engineer.
• Proven management experience of a production department.
• Proven experience in the field of plastic injection and molds.
• Experience in the medical industry is an advantage
• Ability to use computer management tools.
• Ability to work under continuous pressure.
• Good interpersonal relationships.
